How to use the wizard to set up your business

Go to the dashboard and click on the "open setup wizard button" found at the top right of the screen.

Then click on the "go to wizard" button displayed on the new page.

The wizard will now take you through the following steps:

Step 1 - Business:

  • Please enter your business name, website URL, email address, timezone and currency.
  • Then select the primary color and logo to be used for the booking page.
  • Once complete, click on "save and continue".

Step 2 - Booking:

  • You can add in a vanity URL for your public booking page.
  • Adjust the business working hours by clicking on the "adjust working hours" button.
  • Select the required buffer times for before and after appointments.
  • Set the number of days you want to be bookable for under "Availability limit".
  • Lastly, click on the "open booking question editor" to setup your own questions you want displayed on the booking page.
  • Once complete, click on "save and continue".

Step 3 - Integrations:

  • During this step you will go and link the necessary accounts for your calendar, Zoom and Paypal.
  • You can even integrate with Google Analytics.
  • Once complete, click on "save and continue".

Step 4 - Staff:

  • In this step, all previously created staff will be displayed and can be edited by clicking on the top right of each staff block displayed.
  • To create a new staff member, click on the "create new staff" button.
  • Then enter the staff member's name and surname, email address, phone number and role.
  • You are also able to add a profile picture.
  • Lastly, click on the "set working hours" button to set the working hours for the specific staff member and click on the "create and send invite" button.
  • Once all staff details have been added, click on "save and continue".

Step 5 - Services:

  • In this step, all previously created services will be displayed and can be edited by clicking on the top right of each service block displayed.
  • To create a new service, click on the "create new service" button.
  • Then enter the service name and description.
  • Indicate whether this is a paid for service and whether Paypal will be used for payments.
  • Then add the service duration as well as the minimum notice time required and time increments to be used when displaying available slots on the booking page.
  • Lastly indicate the staff linked to the service as well as the location of the service.
  • Now click on the "save service" button.
  • Once all services have been added, click on "save and continue".
  • Click on the "finish wizard" button to be returned to the Upvio dashboard page.

You have now completed the set up of your business using the wizard.
