I get the loading bar when I try to login - help!

This sometimes happens for a couple of reasons:

1. It could be that your browser cache is old - so please try to login in Incognito mode. Should that fail then...
2. It could be that there is a rough chrome extension. Try and use firefox to see if that helps. Should that fail then...
3. Login on your phone if you can login, then this is a security issue with your browsers.
