How does Upvio’s pricing work?
Upvio pricing combines a monthly or annual plan subscription with credit-based usage.

Why is there no pricing listed for the Enterprise Plan?
Because every enterprise has unique needs, integrations, and scale requirements, pricing varies based on the features and configurations you choose. Can you offer white label?
You can white-label Upvio to match your organization’s brand identity, from logos and colors to custom messaging. This ensures your users experience a consistent, branded environment while leveraging Upvio’s powerful AI technology in the background. White-labeling is available for Enterprise plans upon request.
How do I renew my plan?
Your Upvio subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle using your saved payment method. There’s no need to manually renew - everything continues seamlessly, ensuring uninterrupted access to your data.
Can I pause my subscription?
Currently, subscriptions can’t be paused. However, you have full flexibility to cancel your plan anytime before your next renewal and reactivate it whenever you’re ready. Your workspace and data will remain secure, so you can pick up right where you left off - no setup required.
Can I switch or cancel my subscription at any time?
You can switch or cancel your subscription at any time. Any changes will take effect on your next billing date. Simply contact our support team or your Partner Success Advisor, and we’ll help you adjust or close your plan smoothly.
Upvio offers flexible, no-commitment subscriptions. If you cancel before your renewal date, your account will remain active with full access until the end of the billing cycle.
What are credits?
Credits are the digital currency used for running Vitals AI and Empathic AI scans. Credit usage depends on scan complexity - for example, the number of health markers analyzed or whether AI enrichment is enabled. This means that not every scan costs the same number of credits, making Upvio’s model more efficient and cost-effective than flat-rate systems.
Are credits recurring?
Every plan receives a set number of credits monthly or annually based on your chosen tier.
Since every business operates differently, you have full control over how many credits you need each month.
Do credits roll over?
On a monthly plan, unused credits roll over and accumulate in your account. The maximum number of credits thats roll over is capped at 2× your plan’s monthly credit limit.
For example, if your plan includes 15,000 credits per month, your maximum credit roll over would be 15,000 credits.
If you change or adjust your plan, you can still use any credits in your account until your current billing cycle ends. After your billing cycle ends, your balance will be reduced to your credit rollover limit of the new plan.
On annual plans, you are eligible for a 15% credit rollover, provided you renew on the same or a higher-tier plan.
Can I buy additional credits at any time?
If you only need additional credits for a month, you can purchase credit top-ups directly from the billing page.
Additional credits will be added to your balance instantly. There will be no changes to your plan or billing cycle.
Do we store Vitals results?
We securely store vitals signs and scan results to support continuous improvement and training of our AI algorithms. All data is protected under HIPAA and GDPR compliance standards, using advanced encryption and strict access controls to ensure privacy, confidentiality, and trust.
Is data secure and compliant?
Upvio’s infrastructure meets the highest standards of data security and compliance, including HIPAA, GDPR, and enterprise-grade encryption. You can also choose between hosted or on-device processing, depending on your organization’s data governance needs.

Upvio offers a range of add-ons that allow you to extend your platform’s functionality based on your goals and workflow. Available add-ons include:
