4. Unacceptable Use
The following activities are prohibited:
- Using test or sandbox accounts for production purposes, including live customer or operational data.
- Storing or transmitting sensitive data that is subject to legal or regulatory compliance (e.g., protected health information, payment card data) without appropriate anonymization.
- Sharing sandbox credentials with unauthorized users or third parties.
- Attempting to exploit, reverse engineer, or compromise the security or performance of the sandbox environment.
- Excessive usage that disrupts the availability or performance of the test and sandbox environment for other users.
5. Usage Limits
Test and sandbox accounts may have limitations, including but not limited to:
- A maximum of 5 test user accounts per sandbox account.
- A maximum of 100 appointments per sandbox.
- A maximum daily limit of 1,000 API calls per day.
- 10 requests per minute rate limit.
- 500MB storage capacity limits.
- Restricted access to certain features available only in production accounts.
- A fixed duration for account usage (e.g., trial period or project-based access).
We will monitor and enforce these limits to ensure fair access for all users.
6. Monitoring and Compliance
The Company may monitor test and sandbox account usage to ensure compliance with this Policy. If we detect any misuse or activities that violate this Policy, we reserve the right to:
- Notify you of the violation and request corrective actions.
- Suspend or terminate access to the test or sandbox environment.
- Charge for usage at normal pricing rates.
- Limit future access to test or sandbox accounts.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
Test and sandbox accounts are provided "as-is" and "as-available." The Company makes no guarantees regarding the uptime, reliability, or performance of the sandbox environment. Use of these accounts is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Updates will be communicated via email, in-platform notifications, or posted on our website. Continued use of test or sandbox accounts constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
